Many essential oils are not safe to use during pregnancy. Clary sage is considered safe to use during labor only. Some recommend that clary sage only be used under the guidance of a professional, as it is a very strong essential oil with a drugging type effect.

I've used this on my very pregnant belly several times. I love it!
It's got a not-too-heavy consistency, and the lavender scent isn't too overwhelming. As many pregnant women know, many pleasant scents can be "too much". But this massage oil has a very light scent without being too overpowering.
The bottle is small, but you can make a little oil go a really long way. I can't wait to have my husband make good use of this when I go into labor. :)
